True North Thinking Operations Management Coaching is Toyota Production System (TPS)/ Lean thinking organization of former Toyota managers, engineers, and specialist. We are lifelong students, coaches and managers in the Toyota Production System. Each TPS/Lean Transformation engagement is our opportunity to continuously develop and gain deeper understanding of the Toyota Production System.
